Sophie Clark Sophie became the owner/operator of Trout Lily prior to the 2019 season, after having worked for the business for the four seasons prior. Trout Lily is a plant nursery that specializes in organic certified seedling production of vegetables, herbs and flowers for both retail and wholesale buyers both locally as well as in the GTA.
