Conference program highlights include:

  • Thursday keynote address by Paula Anderson, local farmer and Trent University educator

  • Friday keynote address by Jeff Rodale, Executive Director of the Rodale Institute

  • Low-till/no-till vegetable production with Anu Rangarajan, researcher and extension educator at Cornell University

  • Organic strawberry production with John Wise from Wiseacre Farms

  • A series of farm business workshops with Richard Wiswall from Cate Farms in Vermont

  • Workshops about grass-fed lamb, nut cultivation, ecological seed production, no-till field crops
