As many farmers move to reduce and eliminate tillage, EFAO is hosting a session for vegetable growers to share successes and challenges from farms throughout Ontario.
Have you been introducing low or no-till processes into your vegetable operation? Whether you’ve been implementing these practices for one season or five seasons, we hope you’ll share your experience. We want to hear about your successes, your continued challenges, your curiosities and your plans for future seasons.
Lightning talks are short, highly-focused talks (5-10 minutes maximum) and this session has a specific focus on low or no-till practices. The presentation should include one slide introducing yourself and/or your farm and a few slides (photos are great) highlighting your practices. The talk can be highly technical and specific to your farm.
Lightning talks will take place through a webinar format as part of the 2020 Virtual EFAO Conference on the evening of Wednesday December 2 starting at 7:30pm.
