Chicken Farmers of Ontario Chicken Farmers of Ontario (CFO) provides a suite of programs aimed at small family farms. The most popular is the Artisanal Chicken Program which is an application based program at licenses farmers to grow 600 to 3000 chickens. Meat sales are aimed at the farmers local market area.
Find them in the Virtual Trade Show on Thursday December 3 where CFO will present the Artisanal Chicken Program basics and be available to answer questions about the program. On hand will be an Artisanal chicken Farmer who has just completed her fifth year in the program and will offer her farms perspective.
