Heather Coffey Heather and Stephanie run Fiddlehead Farm in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Feeding families through a CSA since 2012, they now offer weekly summer, monthly winter, and by weekly spring shares. Ecologically grown on 11 acres, they are able to feed up to 400 families around the Bay of Quinte and in Toronto with team of five full time, a couple part time staff and some volunteers too!
